1110i no ring. . .? - GSM-Forum

i am having 1110i which was water damage. . . and when it was came to me it show only contact service . . . i had clean it properly with IPA solution. . . now the phone working perfectly but it does not rings. . . i had change the ringer but the problem remaing same . . can anyone tell me how to repair it, . . .

just check ringer track if ok then replace ringer ic......alll fine

Ringer and earpiece are same tracks, There switching enabled to bypass the earpiece (low) sound to become loud sound (loudspeaker). Try to reheat the UPP it will solve your problem.

hi
just follow the steps
1. check two the coils upper side of ringer ic,
2. check or replace ringer ic,if not ok go to third step
3.check tranistor module upper side of ringer ic,that ics are switching voice to loudspk and earpiece
