sir i have a set which is charged ok but not on by on/off key,i checked the supply on off key ,the outer part (ground) is ok but not supply on inner part what is the solution for this sir please help.

my frend chek c2405 47p.short it to ground..........hope it helps if not rehot or replace uem.......gudlock...
