1202 keypad lock problem - GSM-Forum

dear friend i have 1202 with keypad lock problem. when i turn this phone ON . keypad gets lock directly. and when i try to unlock keypad. it doesn't unlock. i tried flashing , but same problem. now i have no idea wut to do?
Plz. help. does ne 1 have ne idea.

may be ur handset key pad menu or * not working.

try flashing it with latest version
and try cleaning the keypad sticker

@shiblu and waseemladla
there's no keypad ic in 1202

Dear friend i have 1202 RH111 which doesn't have keypad ic. and second thing i already have erase the flash and flashed the fone again 3 or more times but no result.
