1600 flashing ok but not on - GSM-Forum

my friend nokia 1600 flashing ok but phone is not on i try to change the mode in the phone in local ,test and normal all is ok but phone is not on and noting to display on the screen
need urgent help

reheat or replace flash ic...........

first check on off track way if it's ok then remove components for local mode problem if not solved then it's a uem problem but check powonx voltage 1.4v

my friend i check the vot of on/off switch its ok any good trick how i can solve this problem i am very confused for this problem

erase flash and write flash with good pm.after unlock and factory settings.then post result.....
