1600 hang after change keypad ic - GSM-Forum

after changing key pad ic when last column of keys are not working, now after phone power on it hangs after some 10 seconds. any ideas

check keypad ic again...

or maybe cpu afected by hot air...

yeah i think upp was affected by hot air, i rehot carefully and now phone ok
