1600 led problem - GSM-Forum

Could anyone please help me with no led on display. There is a small glass ic below the keypad. I assume the problem may be with that. Whether any other nokia model ic can suit for this. Suggestion please.

i read some where that light ic can be trplaced by some other component but by what & where to fond it

reball the diode or glass ic
i've tested few of them already works fine

check coil -L2400 i found it intrerupt in some phones (U can recoil - 32 turns)

or R2400

br u mean rewinding ? what gage of wire ? where we put "start" point and where we put "end" point .plz tell me
