1650 nokia rstsart with sim without sim it workj complit .
i try this all

1 flace it complit with earez
2 fectory setting complit
3 chang sim ic
4 chang charging socket

i try it all but same result give me any solulation if any one have

try flashing with advance turbo flasher

write good pm & do ui setting 100000000% ok tested by me

it mostly happened with wrong flash files.............

Some time there is software problem but in Electronics there is no 100000000% solution ok some time Hardware problem......

yes, I'm agree with u, we can't 100% sure in electronics.........its very complicated work..............
