2310 nokia when insert battery display sow local mode some one says remove resisitant pl tell which resistant i have to remove give anser with the diagram

pls i am having 2310 showing local mode,i have flash it but it refus to flash what can solve this problem pls help

only in nokia 2310 localmode problem cant be solved.. i was removed the mentioned dual resister and also removed the resistors behind the battery connectors... and then iwas full flash it... the problem is remaining.

not work 4 me too!!!!
n now my phone is dead + can't connect to flasher box, after i decide to erase it n got error at 0x2##-0x21## full erase process.
any idea???????
