Have you tried to test it with another display.

Try to restore setting use jaf if still full flash it.

Try Flash It And Set Fell Seting.....but Same Problam Phone Slow

If is software problem, try to read full Pm from another phone and write it then fllash and full ul setings.

You can change crystal clock if not ok you can change UPP i know this is very hard work.Thanks

if display shows blue light only,i can surely say only light circuit is working and single or more wires are damaged from LCD flex or from main board conector
