nokia 2680 when i insert charger it compleate power on but without charger it not take power.

any solution thanks in advance'

In many case, your problem is caused by Dropped VIO from UEM IC,
so your problem will be solved by Repacing UEM IC.
Or if you're measurement expert, you can lower the VFlash ( 2.8 V ) to ( 1.8V ), then jumper it to VIO track. this solution can solve your problem without replacing UEM IC
