3100 RH-19 Restarts or not powering? Flash with 6.01 if the status is still the same give hard packing on cpu (upp) ur problem will be solved 100%
i have done it many times.

Experts, thanks for all the possible solutions. From the above, it is observed that the problem may lie either with UEM, UPP, 26 MHZ or Flash IC and it is not particulary UEM. But please some one clarify whether reballing UEM is as easy as reballing CCont or Hagar in 3310 or it requires any special attention because if UEM is damaged, we cannot replace it with another UEM, as quality available in the market is not good and also we have to rewrite IMEI.

Thanks for your replys mates! I repaired 3120 hanging problem by rehotting flash IC with a bit of flux. So 100% flash IC problem!

Hi all,

I have problem with 2 Nokia 3120, phone a new one, the problem is phone going hang-up and then restart by itself, I have flashed with all posible version but not sloved the problem. I think it is hardware problem, any body know how to slove it.
