3110c amazing contact service - GSM-Forum

please anybody help me i have one 3110 set which it when i on the set without sim it shows start up phonewithout sim when i press accept it shows contact sevice and with sim it shows direct conact service please any one tell me hat to do next i have flashed with 7.21

try to repair sl with bb5king and make unlock and then all will be alright

1st look at sn if ok

repair sl zone with zulea
then unlock it

chance 1
SOFTWARE
IMEI :123456789?????

chance 2 hardware : RAP

solution :-
=====
1.backup rpl first
2. erase full flash
3. write full flash with latest version 7.21 or higher
4. write back rpl
5. write full PM using SX4
6. Do full unlock
still in contact service ?
7. write pm 120 using pm120 repair tool
this method tested with MX KEY
HARDWARE
