3110c contact service. - GSM-Forum

Hi, I'm using 3110c. I'd network problem, I tried to slove it by using HWKuF's Micro box. I did wrpm(write pm), later I give UI settings.
Then I turned my mobile on, It shows "CONTACT SERVICE" -without sim insert. And it shows "PHONE RISTRICTED" -with sim.

This is message I recieved after clicking on Info tab.

use mx key
(1}tick pm tab
(2)tick super sd auth tab
load 3110c pm file(1 & 309 select) all file un select
pm auth
& wtetten pm tab
solve your problem 100%
not solve give logo
