3120 cannot press key - GSM-Forum

Hi friends;
My 3120 has trouble, after turn on it Ok signal is come. but it can not press any key except key "3" but can press only one time and the mobile stop and restart itself in few seconds. If you net press any key it look ok but if you try to press any key it restart itself in few second.
I erase flash and flash it with new flash file it still same.
anyone can give me any advise

plz clean up ur board with ultra sound cleaner and heat up ur board

Yes indeed because you have a shortennig anywhere at any switch or track of them also check to clean the keypad socket .

its the keypad driver problem..rehot about 20sec..and observe.

give movement to cpu / reboling is the best opsion.

@Abdulrahman ..

You want to say that there is no keypad socket at the 3100 ?
I ment to say the keypad board becuase mainly shortening comes over it pulles the matrix bensh latch and prevents any key from action.
Or you want to show that 3100 has no EMI filter , or exactelly what ?
