3120 need help - GSM-Forum

Hi friends,
My 3120 trouble key not work that i post today, now I clean with ultra sonic cleaner and heat board. now my phone was dead. when I flash massage as follow, I need some help. Please.

1st Boot Ok, DCT4, UPP: 1120
Fl0: 0x01000000-0x01FFFFFF,5BCF2081,
Algorithm: u_intel.fia, Ver: 4.49.0

its good if u use lacquer thinner..and heat again..dont need flucks no need to push ic..

thinner is strong solution to clean the dirty.

heat again to solve the cold soldering

No flux for me I think some flux is better and it will help to remove the residues

no need t push ic to prevent the balls from short-cut

ur problem is small
u can change ur flash ver (06.110)
i think u will life it again .
also u can flash it by (J.F.V) box.

apply some flux and rehot upp if not then reball upp.

thinnner is good for cleaning quick dry. flux helping to shield the top surface of the ic from heat and loosen the the balls.
