3200 RADIO problem - GSM-Forum

i have 2-3 pcs of this 3200 RADIO problem, it scroll the saved channels itself without pressing any buttons (Auto scrolling) if i'm using the handsfree to listen. If i use the LOUDSPEAKER option, the phone is in normal (Won't scroll itself)

I already flash the MCU + PPM + EEPROMS. and do reset and the phone still remain the same problem!!!

What is the problem? Drop damamged?. But i can guarantee it is not water damage. I already check it myself.

can somebody give anymore solution for this prob?

maybe your earphone socket damage, so it can be short circuit between the earphone socket, radio ic and the MAD. clean with ultrasonic first then if still, change the earphone socket.

try to flash and then ui settings default, full factory....

I already done that, this method won't work? Tested many times by me.
