3210 voice breaking


What is the reason/how to reapair it this problem:

Under talking the received voice is breaking, make pauses (like poor field power). Some guys say it is a tranceiver problem...

<br />I wanna buy this phone on a cheap price to fix it and sel it.

Any advice will be helpfull

Do you say if I'm a newbe in hardwer, that this is impossible.

I need hot-air station, and another COBBA.

Questin:<br />If I only have 20W solder station (not air ****er) I could change it?<br /> And COBBA: I have to buy another phone with good COBBA or this part purcaseble somewhere? What about COBBA-ID problem? If I chenged COBBA, I have to recalculate FAID, etc.? I dont know this soft modification regretfully <img src="frown.gif" border="0">

Thnx, I wont buy this...

99,99% you don't need to replace COBBA.<br />You need only REHOT it with good flux by hot air station.<br />Non-hot air station can't help this situation...

You can't replace COBBA IC as you will have to recalibrate it to work. Just reflow COBBA IC and your crackling problems will be solved.

First Flux then Solder (Hot air) or <br />First Hot-Air then Flux ?

While ****ing hot air over (around and sideways) the COBBA IC, the fast moving air creates lift. But the flux acts as a cushion that keeps the BGA down. You will see the COBBA IC move.

where ist the cobba location with a pic that will helpfull and waht is flux ???
