just formate it with computer or formate manualy
off your mobile now press * butten + 3 butten + calling butten + on butten it will formate your mobile and it will ok *+3+calling+on

do erase flash
then full flash

First do full erase and flash with latest software do full format , if problem not solved change boot ic, if problem not solved reheat/change RAM
