help me to solve below problem of 2100 and 3310

1st boot ok
1st boot Err:
1st boot Err:bad response UPP, FF FF FF 72
Rebooting mobile

where is the exact problem..........???????

i reballed flash ic of both set...still shows error

problem is not with cpu/it can either be flash or rom.

the problem is in your fashing cable may be not connecting properly from usb port of computer or to the mobile flashing points,this is for the banana or any other direct flashing software. if you are using twister box the problem must be from usb port to the box or from box to cell in the cable & also clean the flashing points of cell with light hand with some pointer. some times it is a twister box problem for dct-3 cell so upgrade it if needed.your 100% solution & it is not a hardware problem dear.
