In most cases two reason:
1. Bad battery (low capacity and too high internal resistance)
2. PA(Transmitter) - too high power consumption (water damage or mechanical damage like microcrack after impact)

What is the resistance between +Ve and -Ve lines ? If there is a resistance more than about 1KOhm that means leakage or failuer somewhere on the power line.
But if phone decleared " Low Battery " , shuts down then when power on gives full battery bar , that means power line Low Current (bad contact , dirty parts, poor connector etc ). Or Power line faileur from deffected Power Amplefire.
If U revieu the old posts U'l finde half a ton of posts about that problem.

the battery connector and the pcb contacts must be cleared, if not the PA, should be reflowed or changed

use wintesla software
dicrease the value of RXpower apox 500
and TXpower 0,0,0,90
ur problem will solved 100%
no need to change any ic or pa or anything else.

Nothing to do anything just u have changed the battery connector,if ur problem is solved change the PA.
