Replace the only IC on the pcb that is outside of the metal protection.....
Its located on the lower right side of the pcb, black, and its 20 pin IC....its written NMP......... on it........
Work 100%..........

Wesam,

as member george gsm said:" even with phone off the four leds of display are always light on."

Is it flash phone will work ?
i do not think so

it must be HW problem, not SW !

I also agree with willy. It can be caused by water damages.
Also I think wesam is right.
I had a 3310 wich was dead.I flash and it bacame alive, but no 1 did not work.
I thought it was HW but after reflashing the phone , the problem was solved.
I am waiting for other answers.
GOOD luck LIGHT

Hello GSM Light,

thanks !

of casue, we have to make sure, that phone SW has no problem,, then we go HW !

Is it any 3310 or NOKIA phone ,, just put battery, without switch it on,, and phone will have 4 led light up ?

I'm 10000% agry with Willy! Just look at the schematics!!!
Tottaly imposible that lights could lit on sw problem unless MCU hangs. But If phone turns on .
I'm 100000n% sure that it is hardware failure. N400 has two inputs LCDLED and KBDLED that are interconnected. Only if you have potential more then 0.7v on those pins the LEDs should lit.

The function of R406 and R407 is of regulating the light of the LED's.
