Red face 3310 no signal


Hi,<br />i have 3310 in display (LCD) shows full signal but in fact ehen i use it some times sends and receives in good way and some times it dos not <br />while the LCD shows full signal<br />how i fix this problam<br />by

Hi ayman.

I think that D-Brain is right about Cobba. If you have a damaged PA it will be a permanent fault - not internidiate. Most likely you have broken ball on Cobba. Try to reflow Cobba, but best is take it off and then fit it back.

how can i remove the cobba? <br />is this the proper procedure<br />1. heat the cobba to remove it<br />2. clean the balls left on the board<br />3. make solder balls on cobba<br />4. resolder cobba

but you can also put some flux under the cobba and then rehot it to resolder the balls... try it before removing...
