3310 signal drops every 30 sec, - GSM-Forum

Hi mates,

I have 3310 which drops signal every 30 sec, I tried almost everything ,When I read the set with eprom tool it shows MS ID error, I tried full flash , Change all the IC's except cpu and charging ic but no use , pls help ...

RTC crystal.
Or broken track somewhere in PCB.

If you have MSID error then COBBA can be faulty...
Did you replaced COBBA ?

Sleep clock for sure...Check B200 (32768kHz) and surrounding components...
Check amplitude and shape of clock if u have oscilloscope...

did Youre prob begins after flashing phone? Try flash it with lower or upper soft version!!! and make full faktory reset. It helps You!!
(some nokia flash wersion have no compatibalety)

No this problem start from the customer and I have 3 fones with same problem ..No water damge Not fall down and no other previous repair, all clean boards ..one more thing is fone is slow and ring tone too slow .. Any ideas pls ...

need to change 32. Mhz quarc resonator 100%

Yes mates, I did it in one set , Change 32. Mhz but two other remain ! thanks a lot for the info ..
