3310 signal and PA problem

I have 3310 after water damage, I cleaned the pcb, changed hagar and everything seems to be ok, but sometimes the signal is gone and do not appears again and sometimes the phone turnes off when finding the network. There is black PA in the phone, but I don't have that one at the moment so I tried to put silver one, but then the phone turned off all the time when finding the network. Without PA it doesn't turn off.
Is there any solution how to change the PA from black to silver without this problem or maybe it is not the PA problem.

try change another new PA

Sometimes changing from Philips p.a(black) to Hitachi p.a(silver) will work if you align p.a correctly.You probably have a short circuit on one of the legs.Try another p.a and clean excess solder off before replacing.

Let we say, your installed PA is good one !

when you swap two different PA ( black and silver)
Philips and Hitachi ,,


did you also try to install/remove R311 ? and have it flash phone ?
with philips PA, you need 1K ohm at R311 !
with Hitachi PA, you need to remove it !

Well, I removed this resistor but it did not help. But I found where the problem was - hagar was not correctly soldered, I changed it and now phone works perfectly. Thanks to all of you.
