3310 signal repair!!?? - GSM-Forum

i have 2 3310 phones that wouldnt pick up signal.the first one, a v4.19 would not even power up. Refering to an earlier post i tried to heat up the board enough to resolder the components from the ccont up to the power switch. This phone now works 100% finds all main u.k networks no problem. The second phone version 4.06 would not find network at all i tried the same trick with this one and it now finds 2 of the available networks and sometimes three. Thought this info would be helpfull to some of the people having reception problems. anybody got any ideas how i can get the 4.06 to pick up the other networks?? any ideas will be a great help..

Hi slant,
maybe someone tryed to unlock 3310 with wrong partial or flash with wrong flash...
U should to check it.
If it's true, U need backup flash from the same version 3310 and try to fix it.
But before all operations,make back up of your flash!!!!and look in the backuped flash file if everything is Ok.

1100 dos'nt call but full singnal & registeres.but when call is made it just comes back to main screen. please help me. any body.
