3330 insert sim - GSM-Forum

Hi!

I have one 3330 that has fell on the floor and after that it displays "insert sim"
It can accept all other sim cards from other networks and even from the same network, but it doesn't accept the same sim card. The sim card was changed from the operator to a new one but it still doesn't accept it.
what should i do? reflash?

That phoen seemes has a bad times with the guy owns that SIM !! ,the thing wich makes it to take that feirm reaction towards his SIM

OK it looks like a hardware free problem as it accepts the other SIM cards , the only rejected ID No is that SIM card's No ( it's an option in some softwares ) , Flashing may solve this problem .

try rehot or change cobba if flash dont solve problem

Reflashing helped and the phone works fine.
