3510- dead?? - GSM-Forum

Hi troops,

I have a 3510that wont power up.

I dont know the history of the phone,so cant say why or how problem was created.

I have 3.2 volts at "+" but only 1.2 volts at power switch.

There is a chip just above the battery onthe circuit board with a"+" , "150" and "K28" on it. At the chip I have 3.2 volts in, but only 1.2 volts coming out.

Should this be correct??

If not, what is this component and can it be replaced??

If this is correct voltage, what else can I check - only using multi-meter!!

Flash phone with NEELIX if you have sometimes its just a software problem.
