3650 Flash IC - GSM-Forum

Is it neccessary to replace the UEM when u replace the flash IC for 3650?... And also which of the 3 IC'c ussually get damaged with problems like 4 blinks?..

try 2 use erase flash file befor .. if not working check the one near the uem..
no imei rebuild needed for this one

4x blinks problem 90% software solution.

tested many times.

how if its won't erasing? it's software or hardware?

if hardware, i like to know what ic are usualy damage?

correct me if i'm wrong, it can be from the UEM, also from the rf(usualy hagar in dct3), and also from the UPP(if the flid sometimes show and shometimes not show)

i need more inspiration from the expert........
