hi friends my 3650 is in keypad jammed,after i change the keypad ic is ok.but is came cant charging.
please hlep me

will u run the sw??that PM can be happen cot chaging..
if still cant u check the fuis see got broken..

hi fren,i have try to flash already,but still same problem.fuis is ok.may i change the UEM?

R u change the UEM alredy??
ur case not charing is when plug in chager then the set saw not chaging or no saw anything??

cose that can happen at resistor....

Write new PM, Check the FUSE,Check the PADS (if clean), check Battery V and charger.
