where u heat the phone pcb,,i think double chip upp ,u have heat,,so care fully ,again heat it will be ok,,also check for power and charging ics,,,post result

reball power ic dead on ho jayega but set nahi hoga bhai 5-6 set vapis kar diye hai sabki power badal kar dekh li hai

u must tracking to 1,8 Volt vio supply voltage
eg. camera,mmc power IC,LCD
