I think your set is water damage mainly this problem creates due to moisture or water lagged,first clean with iso prop alcohol then flash with latest ver.Also write good PM file.If same problem just simply **** UEm carefully.

Fullerase the phone and flash it with latest version with JAF and init sim lock ur problem will be solved.
