6100 dead - GSM-Forum

Hi ! Please help me about one 6100. The phone was auto switch off . It was dificult turn on and occasionally was freezing. I reflash it, but no results. Then I rehot PC and Flash memory. Now phone is dead, and Grifin dont comunicate with it. I thing that is memory damage, but... Help me please!

you know what you Fxxxxx UP so if i told you that you probably damaged flash or PC(whatever PC is, probably think about Uem) i think tat you already know that. Its a lesson for the next time, dont make your self so smart

Dear sir, I am very greateful for you replay! I thing, you right, but I thing allso, that is only bad soldering and I may repare it with resolder UPP.

It is my mistakе. PC is CPU -> UPP

change UPP, easy to do, no tuning required, just a flash after wards...

change that as its quicker...let me know

possiblly, you reflowing the upp, killed the phone.

I have the same problem!Phone was randomly switches off,than I was reflash it, and nothing happend.Than I rehot UEM,still the same,than I rehot UPP and now phone is totali dead!
So from now,don't rehot UPP,if you have same problem,try to reball UPP
