6210 can`t flash eeprom?? - GSM-Forum

hi all
i wanna yr opinion on that :
contact service 6210 eeprom chksum failed
the phone flash mcu and ppm will but can`t flash eeprom
i think it mostlly flash IC but i wanna support by all plz
what about u willy i like yr soluation

HI

is it can not write full eeprom area ?
if not,
then it is flash rom or MAD problem !

try to flash full flash (200000-600000)

one time i repaire a serial and sim lock a phone work 5 min.

just full flash fone then update, if updating can't... change cobba it still not change rom....

i had this problem once... used knok to erase the whole flash. Then flashed with a complete backup from a working phone. Make sure that you enable the option to write without erase flash. Then phone is fine. Change IMEI back to default and use eeprom tools to set imei data and sp locks and FAID. All should be fine then. Good Luck!

Cos if this dont work, then you have to replace physical flash and ram.
