6210 issues - GSM-Forum

Hi there,ok my 6210 just stoped recieveing network,well it comes and goes,sometimes ppl can call me and i can phone out,then it just drops and says no network found. i took it for a quote and they said,more than likely its the pa, and they wanted to rip me off with the price. im good with electronics, and i know and want to fix it my self. i was reading in the previouse posts, ppl said that u should reflow the antenna switch,reball/rehot the cobba. wat are these and how do i do it. If anyone can help, please do. it is greatly apreciated. P.S. where can i get a schematic for it?

hi.. man
first to do this repair u need the hot air / soldering station and some other equiptment to do it.. plus the spare parts as well..

For that problem on your phone, just check these 3 parts, ( Antena switch, PA, and COBBA ) if u don't know this parts.. should download the service manual and have a read..

well i opened here up,and all i did was clean the contacts by the soldering on the PA and now she seems to be working...so im holding thumbs..
