6220 Dead - GSM-Forum

Hi, I've a 6220 that suddently died, i think!
The phone has come to my hands like this.
The phone does not power on.
When I connect with ufs3, the check button works fine but the info don't.
I can manually flash the phone. Mcu+ppm ok. Cnt ok but it fails to extract the cnt content cause it can't enter the local/test/normal mode. No one!
When I connect the phone to UFS3, the leds slighty lights!
Have you any ideia of what can be the problem?
Do you need any other info?

flash with 128 cnt and do not check the auto cnt box.
