Brother 1st try to flash it with good Pm by JAF and then unlock.I think ur problem may be solved.
Here is good PM for 6233.
Try and replay.

first full erase n then flash it in JAF or MT-BOX nokia

its ok fully serviced and rehot PCB .

First try with latest version by upgrading even still same problem remains then just reheat UEM with good flux.
