i have 6280 its keyped no -123 not work after change ic its few mins its working but after few min it not work...@ again few min 123 is working but after few again 12345 is not working..... i change 4 ic but problem is same ................help me urgent...........

i think your problem is in your keypad ic.your parts is not good quality.better use good keypad ic so that problem will be solve
