6300 dead - GSM-Forum

nokia 6300 was on but after servicing it.it is not turning on ,when i am
pressing the on/off only the side light (left and right light) is turning on and it stays on
till i am holding the on /off button,please say what i should do by sending the
solution with picture

hi i have also a dead 6300, but without any lights on both left and right side.

i have full 6300 manual but stuck.

0. it is a water damaged phone.
1. i have checked the current consumption, it only draws at most 0.04 A when the power button pressed. and 0 when the power button released.
2. it has shorting.
3. i have followed the "General Power checking troubleshooting"
4. i checked the c2307 voltage. it is the same as VBAT.

now the question is :

1. (please look at the image, excerpt from 6300 general power checking troubleshoooting) ARE PURX (J2216) and RSTX (J2218) signals OK ? PURX=1.8V, RSTX=VBAT) Measure before watchdog phone turns phone off. i put my tester on that testpoint, both are 0 Volt. now where should i check next, check RETU VIO or Tahvo VCore ?
2. i just check the two of them to but still AT c2302 = 0 v, and c2215 =0 v.
3. that logic says "WATCHDOG phone". what is meant by watchdog ?
4. how to check them

try flash phone with latest fw post result

hi bro's

i have 6300 dead when i change pattry .
i try to flash but phone not responding .
i clean and rehaet the phone but same problem .

any solution please , whith picture please .

Bro i hav 6300 mobile tht hav problam.ipower on tym tht side light both blink still.i dnt knw tht wht happen.i try to flash but no working.plz help with pic

flash with higher firmwere 7.30 then post result
