" wid sim card" when I start phone with sim card show white screen and battery symbol only. after few seconds show time setting step and then restart again and again.. " widout sim card " when i start fone without sim card and system ask for "ACCEPT" or " REJECT" then I accept... and phone show time seting step and then restart again and again.. plz guide me wid hardware or software solutions... great thnx...
