6310i running fast - GSM-Forum

I'm completely baffled by this, and was wondering if anyone else has had this problem:

My 6310i is running fast - *everything* the phone does is happening too fast. From the permitted time between pressing Unlock, then *, to the animations on the menu, the ringtones, and the clock - the minutes tick by every 10 secs or so.

This started a couple of days ago. I've removed SIM and battery, and left it for a while, but the problem still exists. It occasionally signs onto the network, but quickly drops off.

Anyone seen anything like this (and ideally, know what to do about it)?

please change the clock crystal and post what happened. This sort of fault is usually associated with the clock crystal.

B200 (32.768 kHz) 100%...

10000%32.768khz crystal change it.should solve the problem.regards b
