I have nokia 6310i that sometimes refuses to make a call (like if where barred, but other times you can call perfectly)

Any idea?

first reflash your phone , if not change PA , if not change HAGAR ........

So first change haggar?

Is there any compatible haggar from other nokia phone?
Is ther other compatible PA from other nokia phone?
