hi mates hope this will help 6600 gallery wont open bluetooth wont work so you dont need to replace the whole bt module coz sometimes it can damage uem just replace the first ic i attach a pix for ur guide

not all 6600 can be solved be reheating today i replace one that excact ic others can be reheat good luck to all of you

any bluetooth module will do i tried already 3650

i think that these methods have the same risk about damaging to uem. so at the first time we must reball the bt module. if this method doesnt solve our problem, we must reball or change the bt ic.

this ic is quite harder than uem and much easier to replace or reball hope that this experience of mine shall or will help those are newbie in repair
