hi i had problems with 6610 display

there is horizantal line cut on center of display

its a brand new

its a display or pcb faulty?

yes it is a display

but strange for some time thatline was gone display was working good

Only one line or more horizontal lines ? If it is more horizotal lines I have the solution ...

.. Did you compare the tracks with other working fone ?

I have the same problem, ONE horizontale line in the center of the screen.

It was not there for the first couple of hours, but came after a few hours. And now I don't get it to disapear

Any idea?

just clean the connector between the screen and the pcb
also there are capistor in the left of this connector mat b oxided

did you tried another screen ppl

6610 after flash message come "POWERING PHONE FAILED ABORTING" its a fresh pcb

you tried a new lcd first before you flash it

sometimes it's the lcd
