6610 turns off when I press any button on phone - GSM-Forum

What should i fix on the 6610 thats turns off when I try to press any button? It is not water damage at all. I also have a 6820 when I press the top left button it will turn off by itself also.

What shall I do????

I have just check the switch it is good. Is there any thing i should check

yes, check the switch on the side volume. normally the lower switch is always the culprit. but if the problem still exist you need to upgrade and check the upp and flash ic....

The Switch is the problem maybe shorted inside, replace it.

Thanks for the advice I have replaced all the switches including the volume switch but its still the same. I will try to rehot cpu and I will post reply tomorrow.

Please let me know if there is any other solution.

Yes it is done I reball the cpu and it is ok now. thanks everyone for the advise.

it is the prob in upp ,but first replace the crystall oscillater
