Next you can reflow ccont(if you see oxid near ccont). This problem is mainly caused by some short circuit on system board. It could be also resistor or capacitor, but it will be 100% near charging IC, try to find some oxid damage. |

Member: 2466 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 10 | I reflowed whole pcb and when charger is connected on phone without battery I measured voltages on all pins of charging IC and all values are the same like on working phone. I think it is not charging ICproblem |

Member: 39601 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 13 | 1st clean the board carefully , also check the charging limit control pin( the 3rd in the charging socket) . Check resistors(R103=47k & R104=4k7),they'r voltage deviders carying voltage of charging to ccont, also check (R102=0.22ohm), It is the charging current sensor. If all is not OK try to reflow the ccont for power meter pin and also the cobba for charging limit data control pin. And Good luck Br. |

Member: 764 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | And what about the voltage value on charging pin on connector? When you remove charger is it dropping down? I had this problem on 6210, but I can not remember the solution. P.S. do fullflash (MCU+PPM+EEPROM) + factory set (If you can set back contrast), just do it for sure |
