7250 reception - GSM-Forum

I have 7250 which give full reception for 3 seconds after switching the phone on, and then reception diappears, anybody know how to fix this ???

Hi daz

Its proberly your PA thats Faulty or antenna switch

I've replaced the PA and antenna switch and problem is same.

When I do manual search for network, the phone can find all networks but cannot register with any of the networks, the phone is not barred !

The problem happened after when on of the technicians reflashed the phone, before reflash the phone reception was OK.

I have tried reflash but problem remains, any help please ???

Replace Your New Pa And Ant Switch With The Origanal Pa And Ant Switch Then Try To Re Flash

Try to reflow RF IC Helga or Hagar, I don´t remember exactly (be carefull, if not solve try to change it)
Flash the phone not repair signal problems, better read service manuals

Sorry I not read this post... then if u know that is REALLY software u can try to reflash PM (permanent memory)
I think have one PM for 7250 ... I will search...
but I don´t know if this can solve your problem...

I've flashed PM and i get signal on 900 band but no signal on 1800 . Thank you all for help.
