Just before customer came for phone - it can't power on, battery voltage 1.7v and can't be recharge. Then I took new battery, check 3.8v ok, put in phone - it can't power on again, take it out and check the same battery - 0.0v !!! Then I put third battery in phone, without checking, phone power on ok, charging working, customer satisfied (with new battery), but I have thought that he will back tomorrow with battery problem what should I check first ?? sorry for bad english...
