yes this is not boot ic this is smps ic N230.
i am very sorry. it is not possible to jumper boot ic.

No, this is Zocus IC. This IC cant be removed from 7610. Several phone like 7610 cant boot because zocus failure. But...once again YOU CANNOT REMOVE THIS. But try this, If your UEM stil empty, you can boot without zocus, you can see "Contact retailer"....but after you write your UEM, the phone cannot boot again.

brother just want to correct you because there is a solution already for zocus ic jumper. even without that zocus ic the phone will still be working with that jumper.
