if it is a water damage, change DC/DC for UPP.

while flashing, be sure to never erase full flash, security zone will be lost

Just try flashing with latest version of flash-files.

Try erease flash. Than flash MCU+PPM and 7610-main.PM. If its not work its maybe HW fault.

i've the same problem, i think that was flash ic damage, but i'm not sure fI0 or fI1, i've flashed with tornado, griffin,J.a.f.

first flash the phone with the last vergion 6.5.22
2: test the phone with battery if it whight screen chang the main ic flash
it will work

do that and whrite the result here
