7610 shut down when standby


I have here 7610 with not charging and also this phone will suddenly shutdown if standby, with sim and also w/o sim. I tried to upgrade to the newest version but no luck. Suggestions welcome.

Is it possible if we use erase files or maybe erase menu in ufs and fullflash+pm to solve this prob, havent try it yet.

it surely possible to use erase files and doing filflash+pm why not ??, but in your case, i think that's a hardware problem, because i have not found any cases "Not Charging" in software problem.

Thanks for the reply. I solved the not charging problem by writing the correct pm to phone. As for the auto shut down problem havent solved. Strange...when i connected charger (and the phone charging), the phone will not shut down itself. Maybe the UEM need to change. Suggestions??

i got same problem. when it shut down put out batt few minit insert batt can use few hour ... i try flash many time and rehot PCB board stiil same .

Clean the Board, Replace New Original Batt, flash
to newest version, if still shutdown, check ic flash
